The website of the Sociedad Española de Vexilología (SEV) includes a page about their (our) current or last Congress, one of which took place in Saragossa November 2000. At the time a FOTW-standard GIF of Saragossa's flag by Antonio Gutiérrez was included. (...) The flag is simply (but beautifully, in my humble opinion) a banner of Saragossa's coat-of-arms.
