San Pedro del Pinatar (meaning "Saint Peter of the Pinewood") is a municipality in the Autonomous Community of Murcia, very near the border with Alicante province. I spotted the flag of San Pedro del Pinatar at the beach area known as Lo Pagán, a vertical tricolour of light blue, white and light green, as in this webpage. I saw one version with the coat-of-arms centred on the white stripe (as high as one third of the hoist) and one without it. According to that webpage:
La bandera del municipio tiene tres bandas verticales con los colores azul, que simboliza el mar; blanco, que representa sus salinas; y verde, que simboliza su campo.that is blue stands for the sea, white for its saltworks and green for its fields. That webpage also shows an official but logolike coat-of-arms different from the more heraldical (and colourful) one I saw on the actual flag. The dexter half shows a tree (presumably a pine tree) and a star.
