The S.E.V. website uses a very dark green in Andalusian flags and shows legal texts containing two colour specifications, a CIELAB one:
Tono H (Hue) 180,0º Croma C (Chroma) 35,0 Claridad L (Luminance) 38,0 Tolerance Five CIELAB unitsand a CIE 1931 one:
Y 6,7 x 0,203 y 0,359Using the Colour Metric Converter, I found that the latter specification gives a very dark green indeed, RGB 0-77,5-69,8 whose nearest browser safe equivalent is RGB 0-102-51.
