Coat of Arms

by Jorge Caneias, 26 May 1999

From http://www.raplamv.ee/raplamaa/lippvapp.htm: Design of coat of arms comes from the coat of arms of Harjumaa because most of the Raplamaa is part of historic Harjumaa. Colors come from coat of arms of Harjumaa, Järvamaa, Läänemaa and Pärnumaa. Raplamaa was formed from parts of these counties.
