Strážek municipality flag

[Strážek flag] by Blas Delgado Ortiz, 16 Mar 2003, after image by Petr Exner; flag adopted 5 Apr 2001

The meshy thing is a fishing tool, I guess. What it's called in English?
Why it is there a half nose-ring on the bull?
Zeljko Heimer, 17 Mar 2003

The meshy thing should be colored brown, and it is a fishing-basket (vrš in Czechian)
In Czechian the "half nose-ring" is a "houžve" - it's also brown, with 5 slanting black stripes. Unfortunately it's not in my dictionary...
