This municipality is in Prostejov okres, Eastern Czechia. Flag and CoA are at this page.
The place where Nezamyslice is situated was settled already in prehistoric period – that is supported by many historical relics (stone axe above railway station, burial – ground in Končiny with urns containing bronze daggers, pikes and others). According to the documents the village was founded in ancient time. It lies on the Haná river and is called after the prince Nezamysl, and the ending –ice is typical for oldiest Slavonic seats. The first written mention of Nezamyslice comes from 1283 when its owner is was Bohuslav of Nezamyslice.
