Name in English: Silesian Ostrava. Description of the CoA: Azure, a chamois argent, horns naturel, on a triple mount vert, bended sable, decorations or. This was derived from that of the Counts Wilczek von Gutenland (Vlček z Dobré Zemice). Flag adopted 27 Feb 1996, stripes white and blue, without the triple mount.
