Stará Bělá flag

[Stará Belá flag] by Jarig Bakker, 28 Mar 2001

Stará Bělá is a southwestern suburb of Ostrava, eastern Czechia.
Description: Gules in chief five annulets argent and three cones (Kužel, Kegel) argent over base gules - that's in fact the CoA, but it applies to the central part of the flag as well. Flag adopted in 1994.
