Number of inhabitants by 31.12. 2000: 1163. On the Zátor hill there are small remains of the castle (fortress) which remained to the lord of Zátor. The castle was built in the middle of the 14th century and became desolate during the thirty-year war. Nowadays, only scanty remains of stone-wall and masonry covered by woods are visible.
