The Flag

I live in Tolima  - Colombia. The flag of tolima can be see at my site: www.cibertol.com.
Eduardo Lo'pez, 11 March 2000

From www.cibertol.com:
"Adopted by the Department of Tolima, consists of two horizontal bands, one red-wine coloured symbolising the blood spilt by the heroes of Tolima in the struggle for independenvce and the other yellow symbolising the mineral wealth of the department."
Translated by Stephan Hurford, 16 March 2000

The image forwarded from http://www.cibertol.com was also maroon over yellow (perhaps the origon of the former error ?), but the text indeed says "color vinotinto", which means red wine color. I guess that no wine is really marron, and I'm attaching a supposedly correct version
