The Flag

According to image at <www.bundenet.com> , the bottom stripe of this department flag look like maroon.
Dov Gutterman, 14 May 2000

According the appendix of the constitution the bottom stripe must be black.

There are contadicting sources concering the bottom stripe of this flag. Here is what is said at this angelfire - choco site:
"La bandera del Departamento del Chocó se compone de los colores: VERDE (2/4), AMARILLO (1/4), GRIS (1/4)" . "Gris" is grey but the image shows the bottom stripe as silver.
Dov Gutterman and Ole Andersen, 4 November 2000

The arrangament quoted in the appendix of the Constitution seems some times not to be an warranty for knowing the correct flag.

While checking angelfire - choco site, I found out that the replaced the image and the bottom stripe is now a blue one. Also, they use darker green for the upper stripe.
