Chile has as naval jack a blue flag with a white star, 1:1.

Almost the same flag is described as Yacht
flag, but in ratio 2:3. The question is — are this two one and
the same, the image being somewhat distorted, or is there really a
special flag for Chile to be used on private yachts?
Zeljko Heimer, 01 Dec 1999
At least during World War II the flag of a Vice admiral was
diffented if he was commanding (this one) from if he wasn't
(red instead of blue), ie. the same principle as with
read admiral.

The flag displayed as Commodore with Subordinate Command is
identical to Rear Admiral with Subordinate
Command, shouldn't it be a red version of
Commodore with Command in Chief?
