The Inuit of Québec and Labrador have their own flag; it is shown on the chart "Flags of aspirant peoples" and I see it used by a group of Inuit who come to a local fair every year to sell native handcrafts under their flag.

It is horizontal stripes of green-white-light blue-white-green in what appears to be 2:1:6:1:2 widths and bears two antlers with an Inuit drum in the center in black.

The chart lists the flag as "Nistassin" but the folks I met at the Common Ground Fair described themselves as natives of Labrador and flew both the Inuit and Labrador flags over their lodges.

David Martucci mentions the flag of the Inuit. This is a big mistake, this is the flag of the Innus who are Amerindians, not Inuit. Actually it's the flag of the Innu Nation of Labrador, I've seen the Innu of Quebec (where they are also known as Montagnais) use another flag, though both Don Healy and Flagscan says they use the same flag. Nitassinan is the land in Quebec and Labrador that they call their own.

You can visit the official Innu site and see that I am correct :
