Flag of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of
Belarus at <www.noc.by>.
It is most likely in a 1:2 ratio to stay with the Belarus
national flag. Like other NOC flags, it is the logo on a
mono-colored background, in this case, white.

I saw a pictures of a pennants on Ebay.
First, it was the one with the symbol above. The second pennant looked exactly
alike, except the flag was the white-red-white tribar. Do
you think it was a good possibility that this was the flag for
the Belarus NOC from when ever it was founded until the Belarus
flag change?
