Aquáticos I found the description of their flag:
The flag of the CBDA will have the colours flag blue*, light blue, gold, and white, containing pictures of swimming, synchronized swimming, water polo and diving athletes, the initials CBDA and the word BRASIL.
* I have no idea what shade of blue this is.
