About the Flag of Ouro

Ouro (meaning "gold"), situated on the banks of the Rio do Peixe (River of Fish), was founded on 20 October 1906.… It gained its administrative independence on 23 January 1963, and Mayor Dr. Nelson de Souza Infeld was inaugurated on 7 April 1963. The Municipality of Ouro has an area of 209 Km² and is located in the mid-west of Santa Catarina. The population is 6,611 inhabitants.

Given that the image of the coat of arms on the site reported by Dov is bright yellow, and that the name of the city means "gold," I believe the orange color in the photo of the flag at the site reported is probably the result of lighting. I've therefore made the image above golden yellow.
