City of Razgrad, capital of the province

The flag of Razgrad was adopted by Razgrad Municipality Council on 9 October 1996. Its designers are Velko Velkov and Vladislav Velkov, local artists. The flag is used in ratio 1:2, as the white ribbon is visible wider.
