The flag is blue with a white lozenge nearly touching the edges of the flag and a red C placed in the middle of the lozenge.

Candeias
This is a dubious flag, since I don't know if the original image was just the logo or not. Anyway, the flag is probably white with the green logo centered, consisting of two adjacent lozenges, forming an offset arrowhead-like shape.

Based in Antwerp, the company provides salvage and pollution
services for the Belgian ports, the river Scheldt and further
afield.
URS participated, inter alia, in the British Trent
case. This tanker was involved in a collision off the Belgian coast
in June 1993. URS also participated in the recovery of pollutants and
cargo from the wreck of the Cita, which was lost off St.
Mary's, in the Scilly Islands, in March 1997.
URS has a light blue flag with letters U R S in yellow placed horizontally.
