Description of the flag

Namur (105,000 inhabitants) is the capital city of the province of Namur.

The unofficial flag is horizontally divided black-yellow. Proportions are 2:3
The colours of the flag come from the municipal arms, a lion rampant Sable, crowned, tongued and nailed Gules on Or.
