Description of the flag

Quiévrain (7,500 inhabitants) is located in the arrondissement of Mons. Quiévrain is located on the French-Belgian border, and the city on the French side is called Quiévrechain. Outre-Quiévrain (Beyond-Quiévrain) is often used in French for Belgium, the same way Outre-Manche is used for Britain. 

The flag is: Party per pale (1:2), I bendy of six, Gules and Argent, II Or. Proportions are 2:3.
