Description of the flag

Mouscron is a municipality located in the province of Hainaut, close to the French boundary.
The municipal website describes its flag and arms.
The seal reproduces the arms.
The flag retains only the red bar bristled up with red flames.

The Executive Authority of the French Community of Belgium granted by decree on 18 December 1991 the arms, seal and flag of the city of Mouscron.
