Sint-Genesius-Rode (18,000 inhabitants) is located in the arrondissement of Halle-Vilvoorde.

The flag is: Vert, a pale Argent, a castle Sable. Proportions are 2:3 and 1:2:1.

The flag was adopted on 7 October 1986.
