Alianza is a coalition of two parties:
Unión Cívica Radical
and Frente País Solidario
(FREPASO).

I could see two different variations of the
party flag, one with the symbol filled in black and the other with the
symbol in white with a thick black fimbriation and with a slightly
different shape, both centered on plain orange fields.

Speculating a bit on the symbol, it could refer to the
math symbol of infinity, also present in
other flags. It
is also international: in Portugal an Humanist party is
under way (or already created and legalized, I don’t know),
and their leadership gave a press conference a while ago
where the flag was seen.

This party popped up in Denmark in 1987, and stood at
the general election that year. They only got some 5600
votes, got nobody elected, and died (more or less). I recall
the infinity symbol. They used the letter "H" more than the
symbol, but that is a part of the Danish electoral system:
each party has a letter (as long as less than 30 parties
stand), and that is what get most of the parties’ hype —
for obvious reasons.

Partido Justicialista has its roots in Juan Domingo Perón,
back in 1940s.

UCR is a party with more than 100 years (with evolution in his own name).

Frente País Solidario (FREPASO), has just appeared ca. 1990 after some (very
few) Justicialistas were dissapointed with then President
Menem’s neoliberal politics. FREPASO used to be an emergent 3rd position party
that came to ally with the 2nd force (UCR)
some time ago to overthrow the ruling Partido Justicialista.
Wich they did for presidential elections and in some provinces.
I don’t recall exactly right now, but FREPASO's flag (or rather logo) is a
yellow “sun”, resembling a five fingers hand, over a dark blue field. One
motto was «Otro país es posible» = «A different country is possible».
