I found the site of the Juventude Ecologista de Angola (Ecologist Youth
of Angola - JEA). The site includes, among other things, a drawing of the
flag of what seems to be more a Luandese club than a nation-wide movement.
The flag is a LOB, white with a specifically designed symbol in the
centre. It is to be noted that this symbol is *not* the group's logo, but
the site gives no explanation for this. Indeed, the site is very short
on explanations about the flag: all it says is that the flag was designed
by Hugo Fernandes.
The symbolism is pretty obvious and also quite adecuate: the african
hand holds a leaf, also protected by a rainbow. The idea that is expressed
is one of balance between man and nature.
The site includes, following
the link "símbolos", more info about the other symbols of the movement,
in portuguese.

Each leaf has its own significance:
Red: earth
Blue: water
Green: vegetation
