The Albanian naval ensign followed the Yugoslav model between 1946 and 1954. According to the Flag Bulletin [tfb], the ensign contained an anchor charged with a red star fimbriated yellow. In Vexilloteca [vxt], the star appears totally yellow (this is probably an error). Ratio 2:3.

On 29 May 1954, the naval ensign was modified by the Decree number 38 and became a blue flag with the national flag in canton. The legal regulations did not establish a shade of blue (the image above uses a shade similar to that of Vexilloteca [vxt]). The national flag in the canton had proportions 3:4. Flag ratio 3:4.

The Naval ensign was white with a red stripe along the lower edge (~4:1). On the white the double-headed eagle and the red star edged in gold over his head. I don't know if and how they changed it. Both the civil and naval ensigns have proportions 2:3.

On 14 August 1958, the naval ensign changed again (by the Decree number 96), being this time based on the Soviet model.
