Albanian districts

It is admitted that the Albanian districts have flags (probably adopted after 1992 and before 1996), since the flag of one of the districts is known: Shkodër (reported by Falko Schmidt, June 1998). The Albanian districts are:

  • Berat, Elbasan, Fier, Gramsh, Librazhd, Lushnjë, Skrapar (grouped in the region of Elbasan-Berat)
  • Kolonje, Korcë, Pogradec (grouped in the region of Korcë)
  • Kukës, Lezhë, Pukë, Shkodër, Tropojë (grouped in the region of Shkodër)
  • Dibër, Durrës, Krujë, Mat, Mirditë, Tirana (grouped in the region of Tirana-Durrës)
  • Gjirokastër, Përmet, Sarandë, Tepelenë, Vlorë (grouped in the region of Vlorë)
